As I touched u for the first time…
It made memories for a life time,
Your satin skin’s linger,
Under my shaky finger.

You looked perfect that day,
You seemed smooth in every way…
In your looks, your eyes,
In your love, your innocence.

Staring at your blushy cheeks,
Your velvety pink lips,
With happy tears,
I called u “rose”

You curled up getting cozy,
Grabbing my finger slowly…
Your first touch felt familiar, i knew-
That it felt the same for u too.

I lit up with a pleasant glee,
First day of motherhood for me.
First day for u on this earth.
It was a birthday for us both.

Your soft cry sounded melodious,
As it gave me completeness.
i prayed the lords to bless u,
with a life smooth like u…
